Proofscaling

About the publisher

A publisher organized around proof.

Proofscaling.org publishes the Proofscaling standard and a reading of the United States exempt-offering record built entirely from public filings. It reads the record; it does not run offerings, custody value, or advise any reader on their circumstances.

What this is

The premise is plain: an adviser is better served by proof than by a pitch. So the property organizes issuers by what their filings already show, on a cadence, and cites the filing behind every claim. The Standard names the mechanics; the Screen applies a published rule to public data. Both are here so the work has a citable location.

Proof on this property means third-party attestation: a filing, a review, a cadence. It is a claim the record can carry and a reader can inspect, not a status the venture asserts about itself.

How to read it

The standard states the vocabulary, version 0.2. The methodology states exactly how the Screen is computed, so it can be reproduced and argued with. The market counts the exempt market from primary sources. Adverse outcomes are published beside favorable ones, because a screen that only ever flatters is not a screen.

Companion materials

The same publisher maintains additional materials at ProofOfChange.org. Formal legal-entity attribution is added when the site opens; until then the property is published under its own name.

How this is funded

The property is funded by its publisher. No issuer pays to be screened or listed, there is no paid tier, and no compensation is taken from any issuer written about.

That is the whole basis on which issuers appear here: the public filing record, read under a published rule. Nobody buys a place on the ladder, and nobody can buy their way off it.
